Si'Tarc(Small Industries Testing Lab)

Si'Tarc, which is the Small Industries Testing Lab, is located at No 18/31. We are right on Balasubramanian 2nd Street, which is on the back side of the I.T.I. in Coimbatore. Our post office is Gn Mills. This isn't a typical office building. It’s a lab, so it’s full of testing machines and various instruments. It can get a bit loud when the equipment is running. The street is narrow and tucked away, so it’s a bit of a hidden spot if you don't know the Gn Mills area well. We’ve been here for years, helping out the local small industries with their testing needs. The building is older and has that functional, industrial feel to it. There’s no fancy furniture here, just workbenches and sturdy stools. We often have oil or dust on our hands from handling the samples people bring in. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes and focus on the technical details. Coimbatore is an industrial city, so we feel right at home in this neighborhood. Our records are kept in big metal cabinets that have been here since we started. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just a normal, hardworking lab where we do our best to provide honest results for the people who need them without any fluff.
