Sathish Agro Tech

Sathish Agro Tech is located over on Shunmuga Nagar, right on the Sungam Bye Pass Road. Since we are so close to the railway station, we hear the trains going by all day long. It just becomes like background noise after you have been here a few weeks. We focus on agriculture tech stuff and parts. People from the surrounding areas come in looking for tools or machines to help them with their land. The bye-pass road is always busy with trucks and travelers, so it gets a bit dusty inside the shop if we keep the front door open too wide in the afternoon. We are not a high-tech corporate office. The floors are plain concrete and we usually have grease on our hands. We have some shelves for smaller parts and then the bigger equipment takes up most of the floor space. It is a practical place for people who actually work the soil and need things fixed. We do not use big words or try to sell people things they do not actually need for their farms. Usually, someone comes in with a broken part, and we see if we can match it or fix it for them. It is just a few of us here. We know many of the local farmers by their first names. We have been at this location for a good bit now. We like being close to the station because it makes it easier to find us.
