Shri Hari Hi-Tech Industries

If you head down to Periyanaicken Palayam, you’ll find us at 18/1D in Ranganayaki Nagar. We are tucked right behind the Lions Club Marriage Hall. It can be a bit confusing to find the first time, but once you see the hall, you know you’re close. At Shri Hari Hi-Tech Industries, we do a lot of manufacturing work. We have some machines that run pretty much all day. It gets a bit noisy, but the neighbors are mostly other small workshops, so nobody really complains. When there’s a big wedding at the hall, the whole street gets blocked with cars and people, which makes it hard for our deliveries to get through. We just have to plan around those days. The inside of our unit is packed with equipment and materials. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. It’s a working floor where things get made. The guys who work here are local and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We start the machines early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking parts and making sure the dimensions are right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, we just want to keep the machines running and the orders filled. It’s a basic life, but it keeps us busy and the families fed.
