Jj Coatings

Down here in Kurumbapalayam, we've got Jj Coatings set up at 365/1. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, away from the heavy city noise. We do coating work for various parts and materials that come through our door. Usually, it's just a lot of prep work, cleaning surfaces, and making sure the finish stays on like it should. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers. It's a smaller operation where we actually see everything that happens. Sometimes the weather affects how things dry, so we have to adjust based on that. It's just how this kind of work goes. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and the local folks know where to find us near the post office area. The workspace is filled with the smell of paint and solvents, which you get used to after a day or two. We try to keep things moving so customers don't have to wait too long. It’s practical work. No one here wears a suit. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of overspray on. It's about getting the job done right so the metal or whatever we are working on doesn't rust or wear out too fast. We just take it one order at a time. It keeps us busy and keeps the lights on for our small team.
