Saric Products

Over at 32 Akkama Palayam, we’ve got our little setup where we make Saric Products. It’s a modest building and we don't have any fancy decorations. Most of the space is taken up by the tools and materials we use every day. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve learned that the best way to keep things going is just to show up and do the work. The floor is concrete and can get a bit cold in the winter, but once the machines are running, it warms up enough. We make various items, and we're always looking at how to make them just a bit better without spending a fortune. It’s not a high-tech lab or anything like that. It’s just a workshop where we know where every tool is kept, even if it looks like a mess to someone walking in for the first time. We have a few local folks who help us out, and we all know each other’s families and stories. We don't spend money on big ads; we just rely on people knowing that we’re here and that we do a decent job. Sometimes things break and we have to spend half the day fixing a motor, but that’s part of owning a small business. It’s a simple life at Akkama Palayam, and we like the pace of it.
