Sanmar Foundry Trichy

People sometimes get confused by the name Sanmar Foundry Trichy because we are actually located here on Nadar Street in Coimbatore. It's been that way for a while. The foundry gets pretty hot, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the roof. Most people in Coimbatore know this part of town is busy, but we just focus on the metalwork. It’s a lot of manual stuff, moving things around and making sure the molds are right. We don't have fancy offices or anything like that. Just a shop floor and some desks in the corner. If you walk past the building, you'll hear the noise and see the dust. That's just how it is. We have a small crew and some of the guys have been with us for years. They know the routine by heart. Sometimes the machines act up or a shipment gets delayed, but we deal with it as it comes. It isn't a glamorous job, but we're used to the grime and the heavy lifting. We stay busy enough. The traffic on this street can be a nightmare during the morning rush, so we usually get here early to beat it. There’s a tea stall nearby where everyone goes during the break. It’s a simple setup. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders as long as the work gets finished. It’s about getting through the day and doing what needs to be done. Most of the time, we’re just covered in soot and trying to keep things moving.
