Sanjay Wood Works

Sanjay Wood Works is located over at 21A/, Nbc Nagar. We are on 3rd Street, near G.N. Mills Post, around Vellikinar Pirivu. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but that’s where we are every day. We work with wood. There is always sawdust on the floor no matter how much we sweep up. We have saws and hammers and a lot of wood stacked up against the walls in the back. It smells like pine and teak most days. We started this because we knew how to build things with our hands. It's not a big factory with computers. It’s more of a workshop. We spend our days measuring and cutting. Sometimes we get the measurements wrong and have to start over. That's just how it goes with wood sometimes. The neighbors in Nbc Nagar know us by the sound of the machines running in the afternoon. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time. The 3rd Street area is mostly quiet except for us. We handle all sorts of wood jobs. People bring us their ideas and we see what we can do with the wood we have. Sanjay Wood Works isn't a fancy name, it's just what we do. We don't have a glossy brochure to show people. If you want to see what we are making, you just walk in and look at the workbench. We use our tools and try to make things that stay together. It's a lot of work but it's what we know.
