Sams Associates

We are located at No. 13 on the first floor of the Commercial Complex on Arokiyasamy Road West. If you’re in RS Puram, we’re right across from the Oriental Bank and near the ABT showroom. Sams Associates has been operating from this spot in Coimbatore for quite a while. Our office is usually filled with the sound of traffic from the street and the hum of the computers. We do a lot of the technical side of building and planning. It’s not always exciting stuff—lots of looking at site maps and checking local regulations. But it has to be done right. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. It’s a comfortable place to work, even if the filing cabinets are getting a bit full. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. We’re just on the first floor doing our thing. Coimbatore is a great place to work because people here appreciate a job done properly without a lot of fuss. We try to provide that. Sometimes a client comes in with a very complicated idea, and we have to sit down and figure out if it’s actually feasible. We’d rather be honest than say yes and fail later. That’s just how we operate. We’ve seen the RS Puram area change a lot over the years, but we’re still here, doing the same steady work we've always done.
