Salzer Electronics Ltd

Salzer Electronics Ltd is based out in Samichetti Palayam. We are part of the Salzer Group and our facility is where most of the daily work happens. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which is nice because it’s a little quieter. The building is large and has a lot of different sections for the work we do. We have people working on the assembly lines and others in the offices. It’s a real mix of activities. Most of us arrive early in the morning when the air is still cool. The floors are polished concrete and there are signs everywhere for safety. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s more about having the right machines and enough light to see what we are doing. Our team is pretty large, but everyone mostly sticks to their own area. We have a canteen where we all go for breaks, and that’s usually when the place feels the most alive. Samichetti Palayam is a quiet area, and a lot of our workers live in the nearby villages. It feels like a community here rather than just a cold factory. We spend our days checking quality and making sure the production schedule is on track. Sometimes things go wrong with a machine and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. That is just part of the job. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make electronics and try to do it right.
