S Mohan & Co

Our place, S Mohan & Co, is located at 24, Mht Layout. It’s right off Snr College Road in Peelamedu. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. It’s a regular office setup, nothing too special to look at from the outside. The students from the college walk past all the time, making the street feel lively. We usually start early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad. The office has a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that we really should organize better one of these days. Most of our work is just handling things for local clients who’ve known us for years. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s a bit informal like that. Peelamedu has changed a lot since we first moved in, with more shops and traffic now. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us. There’s a tea stall around the corner where we usually take our breaks for about fifteen minutes. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just end up chatting while we wait for it to come back. We aren't some huge corporation with branches everywhere. It’s just us here at Mht Layout. We do the work that needs doing and try to keep our head down. It’s a steady rhythm. Most days are pretty much the same, and we’re fine with that. It's just simple work.
