Rvs Industries is located at 426 Avanashi Road, right near the PSG Tech area in Peelamedu. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always a lot of noise from the traffic outside our front door. Being so close to the college means there are always students walking around, but inside our gates, it’s all about the industrial work. We have a fairly large space here where we handle different types of manufacturing jobs. The floors are concrete and usually have a few scuffs from the heavy equipment we move around. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that; usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see someone in overalls or someone checking a clipboard. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially in the back where the machines are running full tilt. We’ve been at this location for a long time, so the building has some character to it, like the old heavy doors and the way the windows rattle when a big truck passes by on the main road. Most of the guys working here live nearby, so we’ve known each other for years. We just show up, do the production work, and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a straightforward industrial setup without any of the fancy stuff you see in new business parks. We just focus on the metal and the machines every day.
