Roman Tarmat Ltd

We operate out of the Aneesha Mansil Industrial Estate in Palakkad. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other businesses, mostly workshops and warehouses. Roman Tarmat has been around for a long time, and this Kerala branch is where we manage our local infrastructure jobs. The office itself is quite basic. We have concrete floors and some heavy-duty desks that can hold the weight of all our ledgers and equipment manuals. It’s a very practical space. We don’t have any fancy decor or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door will help you out. Palakkad can be very humid, so we usually have the fans going at full speed all day long. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the crew out on the road sites. It can get a bit loud with the trucks moving in and out of the estate, but we’re used to it. We keep a stash of coffee in the back and someone is usually brewing a fresh pot. It’s a place for working, not for showing off. We have a lot of respect for the trade and we just try to keep our projects on track without making a big deal out of it. Most of us have lived in the area for a long time, so we know the local roads better than anyone. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us here in Palakkad.
