If you drive down Pollachi Main Road in Coimbatore, you can’t really miss where we are in the Eachanari area. Rathinam College of Arts & Science has been sitting on this stretch for quite some time. It’s a busy road with buses and trucks constantly heading towards Pollachi, so there is always a bit of a hum in the air. The campus is a mix of different buildings and open spaces where students tend to hang out between their lectures. We have people coming from all over Tamil Nadu to study here, so the vibe is always pretty active. It’s not like those small schools where everyone knows everyone’s business, but it still feels fairly grounded for a college. The canteen is probably the busiest spot, especially when the weather is nice and everyone wants a tea. Our classrooms are standard, and the labs have the usual equipment you’d expect for science and art subjects. It takes a lot of work to keep a place this big running smoothly. Sometimes the registration lines get long or the parking area gets a bit chaotic with all the bikes, but we manage to sort it out. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been teaching for years. We aren't about flashy advertisements; we just keep the gates open and the classes going. Eachanari is a good spot for a college because it’s accessible, even if the traffic on the main road can be a headache sometimes.
