Horseton Electric Company

We are located at No. 284 on Patel Road in the Ramnagar area. It’s one of those busy streets that’s always got something going on, and since we're right on Patel Road, we've been a part of the local scene for quite a while now. The shop itself is a bit of an old-school electrical place. We have plastic bins full of copper fittings, rolls of black and red wire hanging from hooks on the walls, and boxes of light fixtures stacked up in the dusty corners. It’s not the most organized looking place if you’re used to those big modern hardware stores, but we know exactly where every single screw and fuse is kept. The front door stays open for most of the day, letting in all the sounds and smells of the street. We don't have a marketing team or anyone fancy to handle the public. It’s just us behind the wooden counter, helping people figure out what kind of capacitor they need for their fan or why their home wiring is acting up. Sometimes the shop dog sleeps right near the entrance, and you have to carefully step over him just to get inside. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the other shop owners on the block when things are slow in the afternoon. It’s a comfortable routine for us. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide the parts that keep the lights on and try to be helpful to the neighbors.
