Rising Sun

We’ve been at No. 48 Sowripalayam Main Road for a good while now. It’s right near the Airport Road. People usually find us by looking for the sign near the corner. It is a busy spot. Most mornings we are just getting things ready before the heat sets in. My cousin helps out when he can, but usually, it's just a couple of us here. We handle the day-to-day stuff as it comes. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets loud, but you get used to it. The building isn't brand new or anything. We fixed the door last month because it was sticking. There is always something to do, whether it’s cleaning up or sorting through what we have in the back. Customers stop by and talk for a bit. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s just a desk and some chairs. If you come by, you might see the dog sitting out front. He doesn’t do much. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up. It’s how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New shops come and go. We just stay here doing our thing on Sowripalayam Main Road. It’s a decent place to work. We know most of the people who walk past every day. That’s about it for us at Rising Sun.
