We are located right here at No. 13/384 on Palathurai Road. It is a busy spot because the Madhukkarai Market is just right there. Most days start early when the trucks come in. You can hear the noise from the street all day long. Ragalinks India has been in this space for some time now. We just handle our daily tasks and try to stay organized. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the counters. It’s not a fancy place, but it works for what we do. Our neighbors are mostly other small shops and sellers. We know the tea seller around the corner pretty well. People stop by when they are visiting the market. It gets crowded on the weekends especially. The building itself is older, with a lot of character, and we've gotten used to the quirks of the plumbing and the lights. We focus on getting the orders ready and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us here making sure things move along. The Palathurai Road area has changed quite a bit since we first arrived, but the market vibe stays the same. We like being part of the local scene here in Madhukkarai. Every afternoon, we take a small break to talk about what needs to be done next.
