R2 Cars

R2 Cars is based at 66 Athipalayam Road. We are in the Velappanaickenpudur area, which is part of Saravanampatti. It is a busy road and we have a lot of cars parked out there for people to see. It’s a straightforward business where we buy and sell vehicles. There’s no big glass building or fancy sales team in suits. It’s just us on the lot, usually checking the engines or cleaning the windows so the cars look decent when someone stops by to take a look. Saravanampatti has grown a lot lately and there are more people looking for ways to get around. We get all sorts of people walking in. Some know exactly what they want and others just want to sit in a few cars and see how they feel. I spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people right here on Athipalayam Road. It can be a long day, especially when the sun is beating down on the asphalt and the cars get hot. We try to keep things simple. If a car is good, we say it is. If it has a scratch, we show it. There is no point in hiding things because people around here talk to each other. We’ve been at number 66 for a while now and most people in Velappanaickenpudur know where we are. It is just a regular car lot run by regular people who know a bit about engines and wheels. We just keep the gate open and see who comes in next.
