R K V Builders And Contractors is located at 7/554, Iyyappa Nagar in the Kanuvai area of Coimbatore. We are situated near Holy Cross Matric Higher Sec School, so in the mornings and afternoons, we hear the school bell and the kids playing. It’s a nice part of town, with a bit more air than the center of the city. We’ve been working from this office for a while, and it’s where we keep all our tools and records. The office itself is nothing special. It’s just a room with some sturdy furniture and a lot of blueprints. We spend a lot of time out on the field, but this is where we come to do the boring stuff like paperwork and permits. Being contractors means we are always on the move. We deal with cement, bricks, and a lot of logistics. Sometimes the dust from the sites follows us back into the office. We usually have some coffee and talk about the progress of the current jobs. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just take the work as it comes and try to do it right. The local people know where to find us if they need something built or fixed. It’s a busy life, but we like it that way. Kanuvai is a good place to be based because we can get to most parts of Coimbatore fairly easily from here.
