If you find yourself on the 40 Ft. Road in Gandhigramam, you will see our place at 30/1. Qualitas Business Solutions Private Limited is the name on the door, though most of us just call it the office. It’s a single-story building that sits right on the edge of the road. It gets a bit dusty with the traffic passing by, but it’s a good location for us. We do business solutions, which is a broad way of saying we help other companies with their chores and backend stuff. The team is small, just a handful of people who have been working together for a few years now. We don't have any formal dress codes or strict rules about when you can take a lunch break. As long as the work gets finished, everyone is happy. The interior is painted a plain off-white and we have some plants in the corner that we sometimes remember to water. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't spend money on expensive decor or flashy signs. We’d rather just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes clients come by to drop off files and we sit and chat for a bit over some coffee. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we feel like a part of the Gandhigramam community. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. It works for us and seems to work for everyone else.
