Punitha Constructions

Punitha Constructions is located at No 6/16 A in Sri Ganesh Nagar. We are in the Edayarpalayam area of Coimbatore, specifically in the Saravana Nagar Extension. This is a residential neighborhood, so it is a bit quieter than the center of the city. Our office is just a small room in a house. It’s a very local operation. We have a couple of desks and some cupboards where we keep our tools and documents. Most of our work is building houses for people nearby. We know the local shops where we buy our supplies. A typical day for us starts early. We go to the site to see what the masons are doing and then come back to the office to handle the bills. It’s not a fancy life. We get our shoes muddy and spend a lot of time in the sun. Sometimes we have to deal with neighbors who are worried about the noise, so we try to keep things as tidy as possible. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy sign. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We have a small stove in the back for making coffee. It is a simple setup but it works for us. We’ve been building around here for a while and we just like getting the houses finished properly.
