Down here at PSG College Of Technology, specifically in the M-Block, things are always moving pretty fast. We are the Research Associate team working on the SSE Project within the MCA Department in Peelamadu. Coimbatore weather is usually okay, but the walk across the campus can get you sweating if you’re in a hurry. Our office is tucked away in the department building. It’s full of old desks, computer monitors, and stacks of papers that we probably should have organized months ago. Being in an academic setting means there is always a crowd of students outside in the hallways talking or heading to their next class. It’s not like a regular corporate office where everything is quiet and clinical. We have the sound of the ceiling fans clicking and the distant noise of the city. We spend most of our day looking at data or writing up reports for the project. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s already dark outside. We usually grab tea from the local spots near the gate when we need a break from the screens. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, honestly. There isn't any fancy lobby or anything like that. Just us working through the project requirements in our corner of M-Block. It’s a bit cramped with all the equipment, but we make it work. Most of us have been here a while and know the shortcuts through the buildings to avoid the rain.
