We’ve been around Podanur for a while now. Our office is right at Muthu Illam on Bharathy Nagar, just by the Mail Kal stop. It’s a busy area but we like it here. People often just drop in to ask about plots or how things are moving in Coimbatore. We handle a lot of the local building work and land stuff. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the neighborhood. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular place where we get work done. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, especially that 0422 number, and other days it's quiet enough to actually grab a coffee nearby. We know the streets around here pretty well since we've lived and worked in this part of town for years. Most folks know us by name. We just try to help people figure out their property needs without making it too complicated. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. The traffic near the stop can be a bit much in the afternoons, especially when the buses go by, but that’s just how it is. If you're walking past House No. 18/140, you’ll see our sign. We don't do big ads or anything, just word of mouth and being here when people need a hand with their land. It’s been a long journey since we started, and we plan to stay right here in Muthu Illam for a long time yet. It gets hot in the summers, but we just keep the fans going. It's a simple life.
