We’ve been working out of our office at 110 Avinashi Road in Gandhi Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy spot here in Tripur, and most people around the neighborhood know where we are. We handle various development projects around the area. It’s just us, Prime Developers, trying to get things built right. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual building work, which is frustrating but that’s just how it goes in this line of business. We spend a lot of our time on site or sitting here at the desk looking at blueprints. The office is right there in 641603, so it’s easy for folks to drop by if they need to talk about a plot or a new construction. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get the work done and keep things moving. We’ve seen Gandhi Nagar change quite a bit over the years. Being based in Tamilnadu, we understand the local climate and what kind of materials hold up best under the sun. It's not always easy keeping up with all the changes in the industry, but we manage. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it's a small renovation or a bigger project. If you are driving down Avinashi Road, you’ll likely pass us. We like being part of the local community here in Tripur and just doing what we do every day. We’re just local people trying to make a living and build things that stay standing for a long time.
