Out on Mettupalayam Road, just by the Thekupallayam Post office, you will find our place, Pricol Packaging Ltd. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center, which means we get a little more space but also a lot of dust from the road. The building is pretty standard for this area, just a big practical structure that holds everything we need. We spend a lot of our time dealing with boxes and materials, so the floor is rarely empty. It’s a lot of physical work and the team here is used to the pace. We don't have fancy carpets or a receptionist at a big desk. Usually, if someone comes by, they just find whoever is closest to the door. The weather out here can be a bit much, especially when the sun is beating down on the roof, but we have our routines to keep things moving. The post office nearby is a handy landmark because otherwise, people sometimes miss our turn. We have a few trees around the edge of the property that give a bit of shade during lunch breaks. It isn't a glamorous setup, but it’s where we get things done. We’ve had the same crew for a while and everyone knows their role. It’s just a steady, busy environment where we focus on the task at hand without any extra fuss or unnecessary distractions.
