Laticrete India Pvt. Ltd. is based over at House No. 50, which is on 3rd Street in Poonga Nagar. Karumbukadai is a pretty busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside the door. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling the daily workload and making sure the orders for our products get sorted. It’s a typical office setup, really. Nothing too fancy. Most days it’s just us dealing with the heat and keeping the paperwork moving. If you’re looking for the place, you just head down 3rd Street and look for the number 50. The street can get narrow if there are trucks parked, but that’s just how it is around here. We deal with construction materials mostly, so there’s often a lot of talk about tiles and adhesives and things like that. It’s steady work. Some of the guys have been here a long time and know the neighborhood well. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when it’s busy, it gets a bit chaotic with the phone ringing and people dropping by. We aren't big on flashy signs or anything like that. Just a regular spot where people come to get what they need for their building projects. It’s mostly about getting the job done and heading home at the end of the day. Poonga Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s central enough.
