We are located at No 11 on Sakthi Road, right in the heart of Gandhipuram. If you know the area, we are just across from the G P Theatre where the Omni bus stand is always buzzing with people. Our little office has been here for a good while now, and we see the daily rush of Coimbatore life every single morning. It gets quite loud with all the buses pulling in and out, but that is just part of being in this spot. We spend most of our time answering questions about bus timings or helping someone find a seat for a last-minute trip. There is no fancy office décor here, just a few chairs and a desk where we handle the bookings. Sometimes it feels like the whole city is moving through this one street. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks in. Some days are incredibly busy, and the phone does not stop ringing, while other afternoons are quiet enough to actually finish a cup of tea before it gets cold. It is a simple way of working, really. Most people who come to us are just looking to get home or visit family in another town. We do not have big speeches or complicated systems. We just sit here, look at the schedules, and get people on their way. It is what we have always done here on Sakthi Road.
