Perot Systems

We are located in Coimbatore, down in Tamil Nadu with the 641023 pin code. Our office is part of the Perot Systems network, but we run things in a very local way here. The building we use is pretty plain and doesn’t have any big flashy signs on it. Inside, it is just a regular workspace with the usual desks and computers. Coimbatore is a busy city, but our spot is in a relatively calm area. We have a small team of people who have mostly grown up around here. The weather can get quite hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast all day. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive decorations or designer furniture because it doesn't help us do our jobs any better. Most of our work involves managing systems and looking at data all day. We have a routine of starting early and heading home before the evening traffic gets too bad. Sometimes we stay late if there is a big project finishing up. We usually eat our lunch together in a small back room. It’s a very down-to-earth place to work. There’s no corporate talk or big meetings that go on forever. We just look at what needs to be finished and we get it done. It’s a steady way to earn a living and we’ve been doing it this way for quite a few years now.
