Penta Auto Equipments Pvt.Ltd. is located right off the L&T Bye Pass Road, at Sf 301/5. Being on the bypass means we see a lot of action with the heavy traffic moving past all day. The building is a functional space where we handle all sorts of auto equipment. It gets pretty dusty because of the road, so we’re always sweeping up. Inside, the layout is pretty simple. We have the storage area for the bigger equipment and then the workspace where we check everything over. It’s a lot of metal and heavy-duty parts. We don't really have a reception area; if you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-task out on the floor. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it quite bright. We handle a lot of deliveries, so there’s always a truck or a van parked out front blocking the way. The staff is just a handful of us who know the equipment inside and out. We talk about the traffic a lot because it affects when we can get stuff moved. It's a practical business. We don't have any polished displays or marketing brochures lying around. Most people who come here already know what they need. We just pull it from the stock or fix what needs fixing. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day, working with our hands and keeping the equipment moving out the door.
