We are located at 6/42, Malai Samy Kovil Street here in Coimbatore. It’s a busy part of town and the street gets quite crowded with people going to the temple or just passing through. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while now. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get our daily work done. Usually, the mornings start with someone making a round of tea for whoever is in. We handle various electricity-related tasks and there’s always paperwork piled up on someone’s desk. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather gets really hot like it often does in Tamil Nadu. We have a small team and most of us have lived in this area for years, so we know the shortcuts and where to get the best lunch nearby. We don’t really spend much time on decorations or making things look corporate because we are too busy staying on top of the schedule. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us huddled over a diagram or talking on the phone with a technician. It’s loud sometimes because of the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what needs to happen by the end of the day. There’s always something to fix or a query to answer, and that keeps us moving until it’s time to head home. It is just the way we work here.
