Srinidhi Industries Ltd.

Our workshop is tucked away at 1 D.P.F. Lane on Bharathiar Road in Pappanaickenpalayam. It’s a spot we’ve called home for many years. Srinidhi Industries Ltd. is basically a place where things get made and fixed. If you walk down the lane, you’ll likely hear the sound of metal and machines before you see our door. The lane can be a bit tight, especially when deliveries are arriving, but we make it work. Our team is small and most of us have been working together for a long time. We aren't wearing suits here. Usually, our clothes have a few grease stains by the end of the shift. We handle industrial parts and basic manufacturing. It’s not the kind of place with air conditioning in every room. We just open the windows and keep the fans going. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We don’t do a lot of talking about what we do; we just get on with the tasks on the schedule. Sometimes the old machines need a bit of extra attention to keep them running smooth. We know their quirks by now. If you’re looking for a shiny office, this isn't it. But if you need someone who understands how these parts fit together, we are usually around. We just take things one day at a time.
