We’ve been here for a while. It’s a quiet spot compared to the center of town. Most of us who are part of this live right here in Vengikkal. We aren't trying to be a big fancy foundation. We just wanted a name for the work we do around the village. It’s a simple office, nothing to brag about. We spend our time checking in on things in Annamalaiyar Nagar. It’s a local effort, through and through. We don't have any big-shot directors or anything. Just us villagers trying to keep things moving. Sometimes the office is empty because we are out in the post area, but someone is usually around. We don't use any of those big marketing words because we don't really need them. People around here know who we are. We've lived in Tiruvannamalai our whole lives. If you come by 1727/D1, you'll see it's just a regular building with a door that sticks sometimes. We sit there, have some tea, and talk about what the foundation can do for the local area. It’s just honest work. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. We just want to be helpful to our neighbors and stay active in the village.
