One-2-One Solution

You can find us at 101A in Balaji Nagar, just off Avarampalayam Road in Coimbatore. We call ourselves One-2-One Solution because we like to work directly with people on whatever problems they have got. It is a small office, and we don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception area. Usually, it is just us sitting around desks trying to figure out the best way to help a client with their specific needs. We do a mix of different things depending on what is required. It might be technical support, or it might be helping with some paperwork or business tasks. We don't really have a big corporate structure at all. If you call us, you will probably talk to one of the same three people every time you ring. We like it that way because we actually get to know who we are working with. Avarampalayam Road is always busy and noisy, so there is plenty of sound outside, but we are used to it. We don't spend much money on advertisements; most people find us because someone they know mentioned we did a good job for them. It is not a glamorous life, but it is a living. We try to be straightforward about what we can do and what we cannot. If we can't help you, we will usually try to tell you who can. It's just about being practical and getting things sorted for folks.
