Kuldeep Sharma runs things here at our branch in Chiniam Palayam, Coimbatore. If you know the area, you know it’s a key spot for logistics in this part of Tamil Nadu. Our office isn't located in a big fancy business park. It’s a practical building designed for work, not for showing off. We have a lot of trucks coming in and out of the yard, and the sound of engines is pretty much the background music to our day. Most of our time is spent coordinating shipping routes and making sure the local deliveries are on time. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here. The desks are a bit cluttered with notes and the walls have maps pinned up everywhere. It’s a place where we drink a lot of tea and spend hours on the phone with various warehouses. We’ve been operating in Coimbatore for a while, so we understand the local routes and the challenges that come with them. There isn't any fancy mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the task in front of us. It’s a lot of repetition, checking numbers and confirming arrivals, but it is what we do. The team is small but we know the business inside out. We just try to keep things simple and make sure every load is accounted for before we lock up for the night. It is just how we run things around here.
