Novel Solutions (Citi Financial Dsa)

Novel Solutions is our small business operating as a Citi Financial DSA. We are located at 4/141 on Aaandha Iyangar Street in Coimbatore. It's a local street in a busy part of Tamil Nadu. We mostly help people with financial paperwork and loan applications. It’s the kind of work that involves a lot of documents and double-checking numbers. We aren't some big bank with a marble floor. Our office is just a regular room with a few computers and some stacks of paper. People come to us when they are trying to figure out their finances or need help with a specific application. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with folks who drop by. Coimbatore is a hard-working city, and we try to match that energy. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just help the people who walk through the door with whatever financial forms they are struggling with. Sometimes the process is slow because of the bank's rules, but we just keep pushing through it. It’s mostly about being patient and getting the details right so nothing gets rejected. We’ve been on Aaandha Iyangar Street for a bit now and we like being part of the local scene. It’s a simple operation, run by a few of us who know how the system works and don't mind the endless paperwork.
