Our place is called Kaanchan, located at number 9. It’s where we put together the printing machinery. It isn't a huge flashy factory, but it serves us well for what we do. We’ve got different sections for the parts and the assembly. Most of the time it’s just the sound of tools and guys talking over the noise of the machines being tested. We focus on getting the rollers and the ink systems right. It takes a lot of patience to get these things lined up properly so they don't jam later on. People who work here usually have grease on their hands by the end of the day. We’ve seen a lot of different models come and go over the years. Some are easier to build than others. The office area is just a couple of desks where the scheduling happens. It’s nothing special to look at, just a practical space for practical work. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting little issues that pop up during the manufacturing. Sometimes a part doesn't fit right or a motor acts up, and we have to sit and figure it out. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know. We get orders from all over, and we just pack them up and send them out. It’s a steady rhythm. The guys usually bring their lunch and sit in the back area when it’s quiet. That's the way we've always run things here at the workshop without much trouble.
