Our place is located at Door No.1 and 2 in the private industrial estate at SIDCO in Kurichi. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly small workshops and manufacturing units all clustered together. We’ve been operating out of these two doors for a good bit of time. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machines and people moving stuff around. It isn't a quiet office by any means. We spend most of our time looking at designs or checking the inventory that comes in from the suppliers. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the door or helping pack up a shipment. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone in a suit waiting to greet people. Usually, you’ll find us in the back where the actual work happens. The heat in Kurichi can get pretty bad in the afternoons, but we have a few fans going and just keep at it. People around here know us as the guys who stay late when there’s a big order to finish. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth in this industrial estate usually does the job for us. It’s just a normal, hardworking shop where we try to do right by the people who buy from us. We don't need things to be complicated; we just want to get the day's tasks done and head home.
