We are located at No-556/1A in Vijaya Nagar, which is in the Nallampalayam area of Ganapathy. Our business is mostly about supplying different types of chemicals to other local businesses and shops. The warehouse is a plain building with a concrete floor and rows of plastic drums and containers. There is always a faint smell of cleaning agents or industrial liquids in the air, which we have gotten used to over the years. We don't have a fancy office or a sales team in suits. Usually, it’s just one of us handling the paperwork on a wooden desk while someone else helps load a truck. The road outside can get a bit dusty and the traffic in Ganapathy is often heavy, which can make deliveries a bit slow. We keep a record of everything in a simple ledger book and talk to our customers on the phone. Most of the people we deal with are also local business owners from around Coimbatore. We try to keep the most common chemicals in stock so people don't have to wait. It’s not a glamorous job, and we often go home with the smell of the warehouse on our clothes. We just focus on being reliable and making sure the orders are correct. It’s a basic, functional business that has been part of this neighborhood for a long time and we like the routine.
