We are located at No. 2, Gem Gardens, right at the Athipalayam Junction in Ganapathy. If you know the area, we’re the ones opposite the Bharat Petrol Bunk. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows the landmark and it makes it easier for people to find us. We focus on Tormac pumps, and our days are mostly spent talking about water pressure and motor specs. The shop is a bit cluttered with pump housings and wiring, but we know where everything is. Coimbatore gets pretty warm, so we’re thankful for the shade around Gem Gardens when we can get it. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy iron pumps and making sure the seals are tight. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy brochures. We just show you how the pump works and what it’s built for. The traffic at the junction can be quite loud, especially with the buses stopping nearby, but it keeps us feeling like we're in the middle of things. We have a small team, and we’ve all been doing this long enough that we can usually tell what’s wrong with a motor just by the sound it makes when it starts. Sometimes we get a bit backed up with orders when the agricultural season starts, but we just put our heads down and get through it. It’s a straightforward way to make a living.
