The Flower Market in Coimbatore is always a bit chaotic. Our place is at No-159 on Theppakulam Street No-1, right in the middle of all that noise. You can smell the jasmine and roses from the stalls nearby every single morning. It’s a tight street, so parking is always a headache for everyone. We’ve been here in this building for quite a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold up the roof just fine. Inside, it’s mostly just rolls of fabric and the sound of people talking. We don’t really do anything fancy. Most of the staff has been working here for years, so we all know each other's tea preferences. Coimbatore is known for textiles, and being here feels like being part of that old history. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, so we’re always dusting things off. It's a 641001 zip code life. The morning starts early before the sun gets too high and the market gets too crowded. We usually keep the doors open to catch a breeze, even if it brings in the sounds of the scooters. It’s just a normal workplace with regular people trying to finish their lists before the day ends. Nothing more to it than that. We just show up and do what needs doing. We don't have any big slogans or goals. It's just a job we do.
