Our place is situated at 106/209 on V. Ramasamy Gounder street in Coimbatore. It’s a well-known area and pretty easy to get to. We’ve been operating from this building for quite a while now. It’s a practical space. We have the counters where people come in and a back area for all the ledger work. It’s not a huge, gleaming bank branch. It’s more of a local spot where people feel comfortable coming in. We see a lot of the same faces every month, which is nice. The street outside can get quite crowded with traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We have a small team here. Everyone does a bit of everything, from answering phones to handling the cash. We don't use a lot of complicated jargon. We just talk to people plainly and explain how things work. The furniture is sturdy but definitely old. We have a little clock on the wall that ticks a bit too loud, but we’re used to it. Coimbatore is a hardworking city, and we try to match that energy every day. We take our work seriously but keep the atmosphere relaxed. We don't have fancy brochures everywhere. Mostly, it’s just us doing the daily math and keeping things organized. It’s a steady rhythm. We’ve been here through many seasons, and we just keep the doors open and the work moving along as best we can.
