We are based out of Chinnavedampatti, over at Ramani's Mayuri, number 296. It’s a decent spot in Coimbatore, and we’ve been here for a bit now. Being in Tamilnadu, the weather gets pretty hot, which makes some days tougher than others when we're out and about. Our office is where the planning happens before we head out to the sites. There's always maps or blueprints sitting on the table, and the coffee machine is usually running. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a practical space where we get things organized. We have a few people who handle the site visits and a couple of us who stay back to handle the calls. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when several projects are going at once, but that's just construction for you. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. Most of our tools and equipment are kept elsewhere, so it’s fairly quiet here most mornings. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Some days we're stuck behind a desk for hours, and other days we're barely in the office at all. It’s hard work, and we aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just focus on the building part and making sure the supplies show up when they're supposed to. It’s a straightforward way of working that seems to suit us just fine here in Coimbatore.
