You can find us over at Sastrinagar, right near the Aerodrome Post on Avanashi Road. The sound of the planes is something you just get used to after a week of working here. Our office at number 6 is where we handle everything related to control devices. It’s a busy road, and sometimes getting in and out of the gate is a bit of a challenge with the traffic. Inside, we have our workstations and shelves filled with various components. It’s a technical kind of job. We deal with small parts that control bigger machines. Sometimes people come in with questions about how a specific device works, and we do our best to explain it without getting too complicated. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are a smaller group, and we know each other well. The walls are mostly bare, except for some technical charts and the daily schedule. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather put that into having more stock on hand. It gets pretty busy around mid-month when all the orders seem to come in at once. We just put our heads down and get through the paperwork. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our toes. There’s always a cup of tea going somewhere in the office to keep us moving through the afternoon.
