Merchandiser

Merchandiser is based over at 30 Karuvampalayam Extension. If you know Abt Road, we are on the 2nd street there in Tirupur. It is a tight street, sometimes hard to park a car if the neighbors have their scooters out. We have been here for a good bit of time now. The building is older but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with the local knitwear shops around here. There is always noise from the machines next door, but you get used to it after a week. We keep things pretty basic inside. A couple of tables and files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes it gets dusty because of the road work outside, but we try to keep it clean. It is just a few of us working here every day. We start early because the heat gets bad in the afternoon. Usually, someone brings tea around eleven and we take a short break. It is not some big corporate setup, just a local business trying to get things done right. We know most of the people on this street by name. It is a good community to be part of. We handle the merchant side of things so there is a lot of talking and checking lists. We don't have a website or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just dropping by or calling us up. We stay until the job is finished and the paperwork is sorted out for the day.
