Membership Coordinator And Front Desk

Our office is inside the Vinayaka Apartment building, specifically in unit J4. We are located in the Venkitapuram area of Velandipalayam in Coimbatore. It is a pretty standard setup where the front desk is the main hub of everything that happens here. The membership coordinator spends most of the day there, dealing with the paperwork and talking to people who come in. There is nothing very corporate about the way we work. We have some old filing cabinets and a computer that sometimes takes its time to start up. The room stays relatively cool because of the way the building is tucked back, which is nice during the Tamilnadu summers. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood outside, like the occasional scooter or someone calling out. It is just a handful of us working here. We don't have fancy lobbies or a coffee machine that does anything special, just a kettle for tea. The front desk often has stacks of forms waiting to be filed. People from the area know where to find us if they need to update their details or ask a question about their membership. We try to keep things simple and just get through the tasks for the day. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and speak to someone directly without going through a bunch of automated systems. It’s practical, a bit messy sometimes, but we get the job done right here in the apartment.
