Mds Charitable Foundation

Our office is tucked behind Senthil Nagar on Mayflower Avenue. The building is called Surya, and it’s number 35. Sowripalayam is a decent part of Coimbatore to work in. It’s not too loud, which helps when we have to focus. We’ve been here for a while now. The space isn't very large, but it’s enough for the few of us who work here. We spend our days mostly handling the charitable work and keeping the records straight. There’s usually a pile of files on someone’s desk that needs attention. We don't have any of those modern office setups with bean bags or anything. Just standard desks and chairs that have seen better days. It feels more real that way. We aren't trying to look like a big company. We are just a foundation trying to stay organized. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat. We usually have some biscuits and tea ready. Most of our time goes into coordinating the projects we have running. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We just keep our heads down and try to do a good job. It’s straightforward work without any unnecessary fluff. We like the way things are set up here. It’s practical and it works for us every day. There is always something to do, but we manage to get it all done before the day is over.
