Mayurra Travels

You can find us at Office No:A 13 in the Omni Bus Stand. We are right on Sathy Road in Gandhipuram. It’s very close to the bridge, so you can’t really miss the area. Being inside the bus stand means it is always moving. There is never a quiet moment here. Mayurra Travels is just a small cabin really. We have a small window where we talk to people. There are always people carrying bags and looking for their platform. I start my shift early because the first buses come in before the sun is even up properly. It’s dusty work sometimes with all the exhaust and the wind blowing through the stand. I’ve got a small fan on the desk that helps. We don't use much technology, mostly just the phone and some notebooks to keep track of who is going where. The bridge nearby casts a big shadow over the road in the late afternoon. Sometimes I go out and grab a coffee from the stall near the entrance when things slow down. Most of our customers are just regular folks trying to get home or go to work. We don't have a fancy lobby with air conditioning. It’s just a practical spot for a travel business. We’ve been at this spot for a few years now. It’s not much to look at, but it’s home for us during the day. We just make sure the schedules are right.
