Our office is tucked away on the 4th floor of the Rkk Complex right here on Trichy Road in Coimbatore. If you know where the Nilgiris Super Market is, then you've basically found us. We’ve been operating from this spot in Ramanathapuram for quite some time now. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office with some desks and maps on the walls. Most days it’s just us answering the phone and trying to help people figure out where they want to go for their next break. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We deal with all sorts of travel plans, mostly local stuff but also further out. It gets pretty busy around the holidays, which makes sense given the name. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just a few of us who know the routes and the prices. People stop by after doing their shopping nearby to ask about bus timings or train tickets. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. There isn't any complicated talk here. We just look at the dates, check what’s available, and tell you what it costs. It’s a practical way to run things. The traffic outside on Trichy Road can get pretty loud during the evenings, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of the printer and us chatting with whoever walks through the door.
