Macmillan India Ltd

Our office is located on Gandhimathi Street in Chennai. It’s a fairly quiet street compared to some of the main roads in this city, which we appreciate. Macmillan India Ltd has been at this address for a while, and it has become a bit of a second home for those of us who work here. The building has its quirks, like the elevator that sometimes has a mind of its own, but we’ve learned to live with them. We don't have a big marketing team writing polished stories about us. We are just a group of people who come in every day to handle books and paperwork. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, and we try to keep our heads down and get it right. There’s usually a stack of tea cups in the sink and plenty of chatter during lunch. We aren't trying to be the most modern or high-tech office in Tamil Nadu. We just want to be a place where the work gets done correctly and everyone is treated with respect. If you are looking for us, we are just past the corner, number 34A/38. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do. We like the local neighborhood and the small shops nearby where we get our snacks. It’s just a normal life here. No big secrets or fancy corporate goals. Just good, honest work being done by people who care about their jobs. There is always something new to learn, though, especially with how much the city changes every year around us.
