M3 - Trading

Down on Tank Street in Thenkarai Post is where you will find us. We are located in the Sennanur area, which is out toward Alandurai via Coimbatore. It is a bit of a distance from the main city buzz, and we actually prefer it that way. Trading is the kind of business that keeps you on your toes because you never really know what the market is going to do next. We deal with various goods and supplies, moving things from one location to another. The office itself is simple, just a couple of rooms where we handle the orders and talk to the drivers. Sometimes the place is very quiet, and other times the phone just will not stop ringing for hours. The weather here is usually a bit better than the city center because we are closer to the hills. We see a lot of local people and small business owners coming through our doors. It is a very grounded way to earn a living. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have known our faces for years. We value those long-standing relationships more than anything else. There is a lot of trust involved in this kind of trading. We make sure the deliveries happen and the payments get sorted out. It is not always easy, but we find a way to fix things.
