We’re based down in Coimbatore, over on Nagaian Thottam Street in the Ondipudur area. It’s a pretty busy part of town, especially with all the small shops and the traffic moving through the street nearby. Our building is at 53 A, and it’s where we spend most of our daylight hours. The sun can get quite hot in this part of the country, so we usually keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the usual stuff. We have our desks, some old computers, and a stack of ledgers that we still use because we like to know exactly what’s going on with every job. There’s a core group of us here who’ve been doing this for a long time. We don't go in for big meetings or long presentations. Usually, it’s just a quick chat over some hot coffee to figure out who is going where for the day. Coimbatore has a lot of industry, so there’s always someone needing something fixed or sealed up. We try to be helpful and just get the task finished without any drama or delays. Sometimes the street gets flooded when the monsoon hits hard, but we just put on our boots and keep going. It’s a very local way of working. We know the people around here and they know us. We just keep our focus on the daily grind.
